Synopsis
Defence attorney Robert Stern can scarcely believe his eyes when he meets with the mysterious client who has summoned him to a godforsaken industrial park. To his astonishment, the defendant is a ten-year-old boy, a fragile child with a chronic illness who insists that he was a murderer in a former life. Robert Stern's surprise turns into horror when he searches the cellar described by Simon and finds a human skeleton whose skull has been split by an axe. But this is only the beginning. YMC Films is currently co-producing the adaptation of the bestselling novel “The Child” by Sebastian Fitzek. YMC Films developed the US portion of the production and also cast the American lead roles which include veteran actor, Eric Roberts, acclaimed actress, Sunny Mabrey, and character actor, Peter Greene. Upon beginning the search to cast the role of the child, YMC Films discovered amongst thousands of other submissions, outstanding young actor, Christian Traeumer. Other cast includes Ben Becker, Clemens Schick, Reiner Schöne, Luc Feit, Dieter Hallervorden, Daniela Ziegler, Yvonne Maria Schäfer, Romanus Fuhrmann, Dieter Landuris and more. During May through July the filming will take place in Berlin, Germany. The theatrical release will be in 2012. |

Synopsis
KEEP YOUR ENEMIES CLOSER, is the story of Alex Decker (Peter Greene) a German Interpol agent, deep under cover, who has been on the trail of Jimmy the King (Manny Perez) and Sandra, his wife (Yvonne Maria Schaefer) the ruthless leaders of the Los Zetas drug Cartel from Mexico. After several years of tracking them all over Europe and South America, he finally catches up to them in New York City. He successfully arranges a meeting through his informant, Michael (Markus Depfenhart) to purchase over a million and half dollars worth of pure grade heroin. With the help of Agent Cone (William Sadler) and Agent Lepari ( Federico Castelluccio) from the New York City DEA, Alex secures the money for the bust. At the meeting, with Jimmy, Sandra and Michael things quickly turn for the worse and fill the atmosphere with high tension, danger and an unexpected twist.
